Z-beds:
Z Bed available for Children under the age of 10. There are two rooms available that are suitable to hold Z-beds. Z-beds are charged at £20 per Z-bed per night.
Late arrivals:
Please inform reception if you are planning to arrive after 10.00pm so that we can make suitable and convenient arrangements.
Single occupancy:
Single occupancy of a double or twin room incurs an additional £20 of the single room price
Deposits and cancellations:
For all bookings a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required at the time of making a reservation, payable by card only. For all bookings of two nights or more a deposit of £50.00 is required. This deposit is fully refundable if the accommodation is re-sold at the appropriate rate or cancelled at least 28 days prior to the booked date of occupancy. For bookings cancelled within 28 days of your arrival the deposit is non refundable if we are unable to re-let the room. No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday. No reductions can be made for meals not taken.
Accounts:
Cheques are accepted with a valid cheque card. Charge and credit cards accepted. No reductions can be made for meals not taken unless arranged in advance with the hotel.
Parking:
The hotel has ample private parking, which is free to guests and residents.
General information:
Service is not included; this we prefer to leave to the discretion of our guests. We reserve the right to make changes to tariffs, which cancel all previous tariffs.
